(a) Planning Committee. This committee shall be responsible for providing a plan expressing a clear vision for the future of the support organization. This plan should be focused on the growth of the various affiliates, not just the growth of the support organization, itself. It should provide for affiliates of all sizes and at various levels of production. It should be broad enough to provide guidance from which affiliates can work and should induce them to do their own planning as part of the larger effort. The work of the Planning Committee can be done by the members of the Executive Committee, if so provided by a majority vote of the board of directors.
