to support Habitat financially either at the affiliate or the SO level—the
amount will be left to the Directors discretion. |

Eula moved and Dorothy
seconded that the pass through money be tithed by local affiliates so they get
credit for tithing; any money that comes directly and used by Habitat for
Humanity of Idaho, the support organization, is tithed 10%. Motion
passed unanimously (MPU). |

Jordon moved that HfH of Idaho’s
tithe be undesignated; Barbara
second and MPU. |

Jordon reported that for
security when grants are approved, deposits will be made in First Security
Bank (found in every affiliate area). All major money that comes in will be deposited directly by donor and
dispersed by the local bank branch to the affiliates. |

Following a
general discussion following the resolutions were passed:

Barbara moved and Terry seconded the motion that first
priority be given to the donor’s requirements.

Dave moved that donations
be based on building permits issued during the previous fiscal year.
Dick seconded the motion which MPU. |

Dave moved and Terry seconded that distribution will
include all Idaho affiliates as if one
(1) permit has been issued in the
prior fiscal year unless there is a conflict with the donor’s
requirements. MPU |

Terry moved and Barbara seconded the motion that a “Special
Needs Loans” be available to offer the opportunity for affiliates to
apply for loans to the Finance Committee who then makes recommendations to
the Executive Committee. The
Finance Committee will write the guidelines. Five percent (5%) of
unrestricted funds would go to this fund.
For: Verne Blalack, Jordon Kanikkeberg, Judy Blalack, Dorothy
Tooley, Kim Tooley, Terry Kiser, Barbara Dunaway, and Jack Dunaway.
Opposed: Eula Hickam, Dave Willman, and Dick Ensminger.
Abstaining: Bruce Petersen. |

and Dorothy seconded the motion that, if donations do not fit the other
criteria points, exceptions can be made by the Finance Committee or
