researching Accelerated Asset Recovery and plans to approach the Idaho
Housing and Finance Association about this. |

Warehouses
The group recommended establishing 3 warehouses in the state with a
manager for each—one in North Idaho, one at Boise and the third at
Pocatello or Idaho Falls. Dia
noted that the Enterprise Foundation is interested in Idaho.
They offer bridging loans for low-income housing and some grants. |
 | FHLB Eula
reported that FHLB has changed their grants to mostly loans and it is not
feasible to apply as a state entity. |
